Variante al progetto casa P, i due volumi originariamente affiancati, si dispongono paralleli ai confini del lotto, formando così al centro un piccolo patio di forma trapezioidale in parte ombreggiato da un brise-soleil in legno. Varia anche l’area esterna più riservato, ubicata nella parte posteriore del lotto, dove la piscina ruota di circa 90° e si pone a limite dello spazio. Gli interni invece restano pressochè identici al primo progetto, al piano terra le funzioni della zona giorno: cucina, pranzo, living e servizi, al primo piano: tre camere ad letto con servizi e due ampi terrazzi ancor più panoramici.
