Un opificio degli anni ’90 composto da tre livelli fuori terra viene trasformato in edificio residenziale. L’intervento ha ridisegnato le facciate dell’edificio, e i loro interni. I due prospetti principali sono scanditi da linee orizzontali, in contrasto con parallelepipedi verticali bianchi. Linee formate da listelli in ricomposto di legno che diventano ora parapetto, ora brise-soleil, ora diaframma tra le camere, e, contrastano con le linee di luce verticali degli iPro Micro up&down posizionati sui fianchi delle aperture delle camere.
L’edificio ospita al terzo piano un’attività di ROOM & BREAKFAST. Un’area comune disimpegna un connettivo di accesso alle camere, illuminato da luce naturale attraverso un lucernario e da faretti a incasso DEEP MINIMAL. Le camera sono dotate di ogni comfort e servizio, la luce d’ambiente è affidata a LEDSTRIP mentre due TRIK a parete, diventano applique per il letto, evidenziando con la loro luce radiante il rivestimento in tela di juta. Gli accessi all’edificio sono illuminati da LEDSTRIP nascosti sotto alle fioriere.
A 90s factory, consisting of three levels above ground, is transformed into a residential building. The intervention has redesigned the facades of the building, and their interiors. The two main elevations are marked by horizontal lines, in contrast with white vertical parallelepipeds. Lines formed by reconstituted wooden slats that now become parapet, now brise-soleil, now diaphragm between the chambers, and contrast with the vertical light lines of the iPro Micro up & down positioned on the sides of the room openings.
The building hosts a ROOM & BREAKFAST activity on the third floor. A common area disengages a connective of access to the rooms, illuminated by natural light through a skylight and by recessed spotlights DEEP MINIMAL. The rooms are equipped with every comfort and service, the ambient light is entrusted to LEDSTRIP while two TRIKs on the wall, become appliques for the bed, highlighting with their radiant light the coating in burlap. The accesses to the building are illuminated by LEDSTRIP hidden under the planters
